Great location, close to the beach, St Lazarus Church, and the medieval fort. Wonderful staff, especially Mario and Samuel, who were helpful and accommodating. Free Wi-Fi, excellent AC, and well-equipped kitchen facilities. Comfortable mattress and a big fridge. Ideal place for a holiday in Larnaca with everything within walking distance.

The location of the apartments is excellent, with close proximity to the beach, city center, and restaurants. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with kitchenettes that allow for self-catering. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information and accommodating guests' requests.

The shower could use some improvement, as mentioned in other reviews. It is small and the water flow can be too powerful, requiring some adjustments during use.

this is a nice apartment near to the bus station, the nice church st lazaros and the beach and the city square. the venue has perfect setting to larnaca's airport. it's nestled in very good building.

We loved the well-equipped kitchen, including the big fridge freezer. the location was ideal, with the beach just a 3-minute walk away and restaurants and bars nearby. Samuel, the manager, was a star and always ready to help with anything we needed. We can confidently say that we couldn't have found a better place in terms of location and comfort in Larnaca. Best value for money!

I stayed in this cozy studio at St. Lazaros House and loved how it had everything I needed. The kitchenette was handy with a mini fridge, and the dining table was perfect for quick meals. The TV was a nice addition for entertainment after a long day exploring Larnaca. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for keeping in touch with friends and family back home.

The only downside for me was that this studio didn't have an elevator. But hey, I understand that it's a ground-floor studio, and that might be a plus for some guests who prefer easy access.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely accommodation close to the beach. The owner, Mario, was incredibly helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the studio, responding promptly and helping us out instantly. The location was perfect, with the beach and city center just a short walk away. The studio itself was spacious and comfortable for two people. Despite a few minor issues with water pressure in the shower, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at St. Lazaros House. we would highly recommend this hotel.
